We had a wonderful tour of the main sites in Cappadocia with Rivendell Travel. He was a wonderful guide and had both deep knowledge as well as an impressive range of topics he shared with us. This of course included the history and context of the sites but Rivendell Travel also explained the geography, religion and philosophy, and even the artistic tradition of orthodox Christianity in the Byzantine era. I highly recommend this tour and Rivendell Travel as a guide. It was well worth the price, which included transportation, ticket prices for the sites, and lunch.

We did two tours with Rivendell Travel and both of them were incredible. The Balloon and the Highlights tours. When I first spoke to Mr. Hasan he promised me we will not regret choosing them and we far from regretted our decision. Rivendell Travel is full of incredible people, from the office staff to Mr Hasan there's so much passion here for Cappadocia, that was the best part of the tour. Also the food was the best tour food I've ever had, they really make sure the experience is a great one from head to toe. Thanks Mr Hasan and Rivendell Travel for giving us a great experience of Cappadocia, we'll be back soon!
